In 1773 Sam Adams and the
Sons of Liberty boarded three British tea-carrying
ships and "liberated" the cargo, launching
the American Revolution. Today. Built on the site of
that famous Boston Tea Party, Independence Wharf caries
on that tradition today. Originally built in 1927,
the building was completely renovated inside and out
during 2001, and began further renovations to the lobby
and common areas in 2003. The 14-story property features
a gorgeous penthouse area, exterior decks facing the
harbor and a 100-space valet parking garage.
The renovations created large
open floor plates (28,000 RSF) that offer the freedom
necessary for unique custom build-outs, while 9’ finished
ceilings and the large window lines allow access
to the harbor and city views from any location on
the floor. |
